2009 Online Bingo Awards
The most sought after event of the year- Online Bingo Awards took place yesterday at the ongoing Fourth Annual Online Bingo Summit. Brands were nominated in certain categories and a short list was made by the bingo industry experts. The attendees of the Online Bingo Summit then voted for the awards in various categories.
The winners of this year’s Online Bingo Awards are-

- Innovation - Cheeky Bingo
- Best Newcomer - Cheeky Bingo
- Best Marketing Campaign - Foxy Bino
- Online Bingo Operator of the Year - Foxy Bingo
- Best affiliate program - Income access
- Best Bingo Software - Virtue Fusion
Most of the awards were predictable. Cashcade, which operates Foxy Bingo and Cheeky Bingo, also runs many other bingo sites along with many affiliates. So it was not surprising to see many awards backed by the same. Virtue Fusion and Income Access are the market leaders and are well connected in the industry. An award to them was expected and deserved.
The number of attendees is steadily rising at the Annual Online Bingo Summits. The number is expected to rise to 450 at the Fifth Annual Online Bingo Summit, which is already awaited!
