Comic Relief gets Generous Sponsorship from Foxy Bingo
Foxy Bingo recently indulged itself into a generous charity by donating a sumptuous £150,000 to Comic Relief. Its massive online bingo promotion earlier this year for the annual Red Nose Day events enabled the online bingo website to show its kindness.
The Foxy Bingo members had to simply log in and play a number of special online bingo games. Every ticket for the special games was added by the same amount by the Foxy Bingo and the sum total used to donate to the British charity organization.
Comic Relief was founded by comedy script writer Richard Curtis in 1985 for helping famine victims of Ethiopia. Donations made to this organization are spent on various charitable projects and the operational costs.
Thus Foxy Bingo has once again brought out the social aspect of Bingo. It definitely enables people of various backgrounds to play together like any other bingo site. But now it has also given a new charity dimension by giving an extremely handsome cheque of £150,000 to Comic Relief.
